This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security by T&B.Soft LLC (hereinafter — the "Operator").
2. Data Collected & Purpose
The Operator collects the following data through the contact form on the website:
- User's name
- Email address
The website fonts are served from the same domain as the pages (tnb.software). The Operator does not set any cookies and does not use any web analytics services.
The purpose of processing is to establish communication with the User, discuss project architecture, and conclude contracts.
3. Processing & Storage
The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all technical measures to prevent unauthorized access. Data is not shared with third parties, except as required by applicable Russian legislation. Data is stored until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until the user withdraws consent.
4. User Rights
The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notice via email to hello@tnb.software with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data."
